Jay Sinder
ChairmanMr. Sinder has served as Chairman since July 2022 and has been a director since December 2014. He is a telecommunications industry veteran with executive and financial experience at both public and private companies. Mr. Sinder has served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Jellyvision Lab, a benefits guidance SaaS company since July 2021. Previously, Mr. Sinder served as Chief Financial Officer of DialogTech, a marketing analytics company that enables companies to optimize their inbound phone calls, from July 2020 until its sale to Invoca in May 2021. From August 2017 to November 2018, Mr. Sinder served as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as Chief Executive Officer at ForeSee Results until its acquisition in December 2018 by Verint Systems Inc. Post acquisition, he served as General Manager of Verint ForeSee through January 2020. From July 2015 to July 2017, Mr. Sinder was Chief Financial Officer at ByteGrid Holdings LLC, a data center and managed services company. Prior to Byte Grid, he served as a consultant to various start-up and venture capital-backed software companies and in executive and financial positions for various companies, including as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Sinder has previously served on the boards of several private companies. Mr. Sinder holds a BS degree from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Chairman of the BoardCindy Andreotti
DirectorMs. Andreotti has been a director since September 2013. She is a 26-year telecommunications industry veteran and President and CEO of The Andreotti Group, a strategic business advisory firm. Prior to launching The Andreotti Group, she was responsible for sales, service, and bottom-line performance at both AT&T and MCI where she built a strong track record in managing large enterprise, government, and global customers. At MCI she was President, Enterprise Markets which serviced over 280 Fortune 500 customers. She also implemented the MCI Solutions business (managed services) and helped build a $2 billion revenue stream in the business’s first year. Before joining MCI in 1990, Ms. Andreotti managed national accounts at AT&T, notably Dayton Hudson (currently Target). She delivered the first touch-sensitive PDAs with related back office systems and network into Dayton's retail operation. Andreotti earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she studied Business Administration and Women in Management.
Gina Haspilaire
DirectorMs. Haspilaire has been a director since November 2015. She is Vice President of Partner Engagement at Netflix responsible for the company’s ISP partner engagement activities. Prior to joining Netflix, Ms. Haspilaire served as CHRO of Reliance Communications’ Enterprise and Global Cloud Xchange businesses leading all human resources, facilities and sales operations management globally. Ms. Haspilaire brings more than 30 years of experience in general management, global strategy, business development, investor relations, sales and marketing, HR, and customer services. She has also held executive and leadership positions at HENKEL Adhesive Technologies, Pacnet, Heidrick & Struggles, and AT&T. Ms. Haspilaire received her MBA from Columbia University and has a BS in Mathematics / Computer Science from St. John’s University in New York.
Cynthia Keith
DirectorMs. Keith has been a director since February 2018. She enjoyed a 25-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (“PwC”), the world’s largest multinational professional services firm. She joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 2000. Throughout her career, she specialized in audits of and consulting with technology and communications clients, including global public companies focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as companies in various stages of growth. From 2010 to her retirement in 2014, Ms. Keith served as Operations Leader for the National Professional Services Group of PwC, and she previously served as North Texas Technology Team Leader from 2002 to 2010. Ms. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas in 1988. She obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas in 1993 and her license remains active.
Steven Levy
DirectorMr. Levy has been a director since March 2006 and has served as Chairman of the Board from January 2017 through June 2022. He also currently serves as member of the board of publicly traded Allot Communications, a developer of networking systems for carriers, and Edison Properties, a real estate company in New Jersey. In 2005, Mr. Levy completed an almost 20 year career on Wall Street where he was recognized as a leading research analyst at Lehman Brothers, Solomon Brothers, Oppenheimer & Co., and Hambrecht & Quist. He holds a masters degree in business administration and a bachelor of science degree in materials engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
David Neumann
Chief Executive OfficerDavid Neumann has served as a director and as PCTEL’s Chief Executive Officer since January 2017. From 2013 to 2016, David was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for PCTEL’s RF Solutions business, which included test and measurement tools and network engineering services. Previously, as PCTEL’s Global Vice President of Sales, David expanded PCTEL’s scanner business in China, managed the engineering services business and added key OEM sales channels. Before joining PCTEL, David held several senior sales and marketing roles in the wireless test and measurement industry, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SAFCO Technologies, which was later acquired by Agilent Technologies. David has also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at X-TEL Communications, Inc., which was an OEM for PCTEL, and as Director of Market Development at Acterna, which was acquired by JDSU. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Anthony R. Rossabi
DirectorMr. Anthony R. Rossabi has been a director since June 2023. Mr. Rossabi is a co-founder of OCOLO, LLC, a company established to provide a portal for reselling data center space. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Board member of Recovery Point Systems, Inc., a data center and IT services provider, from October 2020 to December 2022. Mr. Rossabi was Chief Revenue Officer of TierPoint, LLC, a data center and IT services provider, from May 2017 to October 2020, and prior to that held senior positions at Digital Realty Trust, The Telx Group, TATA Communications, and other telecommunications and IT companies. He has served on the Advisory Board of Qarbon Technologies, a private company providing IT solutions, since 2022, and on the Board of Connectbase, a private company providing an IT network purchasing platform, since 2023. Mr. Rossabi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Earlham College, a Juris Doctor degree from City University of New York Law School, and a Master of Business Administration from The Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
